These terms are a contract between you and HeyEva Inc. (“diffusr”, “we”, “us”), a US company that runs diffusr: the website at diffusr.ai, the app at app.diffusr.ai, and diffusr’s API and MCP server (together, “the Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use diffusr for a company, you agree for that company too, and “you” means both of you.
The short version
- You must be 18 or older.
- You pay for generations with credits. Bought credits aren’t refundable, except as these terms say or the law requires.
- What you upload and what you make is yours. We use it only to run diffusr for you, and we don’t train AI models on it.
- Only upload faces, voices, brands and material you have the right to use. Get consent from every real person you put in a video.
- AI output can be wrong. Check it before you publish, and follow advertising law.
- No sexual content of real people or of minors, and no using diffusr to deceive, harass or harm.
- We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

1.Your account
- You sign in with Google. One account per person. Keep your Google account secure.
- You’re responsible for everything done with your account: in the app, with your API tokens, and by any AI agent you connect to diffusr.
- Don’t make extra accounts to get more free credits, or to come back after we’ve blocked you.
